Alkemisten

One of the charming coffee bars Alkemisten is located in Kvillebäcken district on the island Hisingen. The café serves organic drop coffee and espresso, and sandwiches, salads and sweets made of local produce.

The most recently opened is located on Lindholmspiren 2. On weekdays they offer vegetarian or vegan lunch. They always serve their grilled sour dough sandwiches on both locations. If you want something sweet you should for example try their raw brownie or lemon pie. Breakfast from 07:00 on weekdays and don’t forget to try their own kombucha!
