Viva Sounds – the festival for new music

Loads of concerts, all within walking distance of one another. A weekend where all who love music can meet and enjoy countless concerts together. It now spans three days, filled with music from new artists, established bands, and unique locations typically beyond the reach of concerts.

Viva Sounds takes place indoors, with this year’s festival area stretching from Järntorget to Andra Långgatan to Stigbergstorget. With a festival wristband, you gain access to all venues, and it takes no more than ten minutes to walk from point A to point B. It’s a simple concept, and it’s a winning concept.

Pustervik is once again the official stage. This, of course, is cause for celebration, and therefore, you can purchase a special ticket for the concert with Los Bitchos on 29 November (Pustervik, main stage), which includes the entire festival.

Acts from Sweden, Denmark, and Belgium have been announced. The local and international mix in a musical cluster where you can enjoy what you love and discover something entirely new. Kristina Issa is a steadfast pillar in Gothenburg’s music and cultural life. The Family Men are the city’s new hope for raucous and diverse music. Kindsight from Denmark crafts fantastic indie pop songs, and BLUAI from Belgium has released one of the year’s absolute best albums.
