MetAle

During one weekend in May, Liseberg’s Hamnområde is transformed into a delightful refuge, where lots of fun activities await those interested in beer and music!

Last year’s successful event MetAle returns to Liseberg’s Hamnområde this spring! Together with ten selected microbreweries from Gothenburg’s Ölgille, Liseberg invites you to a weekend filled with craft beer, good food, inspiring lectures and live music from some of Sweden’s best rock bands – Mustasch and Lillasyster. MetAle takes place May 24-25, and the event only requires a park admission ticket.

In addition to tasting excellent local craft beer, you can also be inspired by food and drink historian and beer judge Simon Svensson from Njutningsfrämjandet. Simon will give tours among the different breweries. The festival is also graced by Edward Blom himself, who will lead Saturday’s program. Mustasch performs on Lilla Scenen on May 24 at 20:00.

Lillasyster will perform on Lilla Scenen on May 25 at 13:30, and then again at 20:00.

All concerts at Lilla Scenen are free and only require an entrance ticket to the park.
